We believe that our organization's most valuable asset is our clients and loyal clients are hard to find. Understanding the gravity of your needs, we are pleased to bring to your notice that has changed our communication policy with effective from 10/01/2017. By registering with Shareen Designerz, you agree to abide by our below illustrated communication terms and conditions.


Electronic Communication (Email)
You consent to receive all communications relating to your Shareen Designerz Account in electronic form when you utilize electronic bill payment through a third-party servicer, such as Bill Payer through your financial institution.  The communications covered by your consent include your account statement, any disclosure required by federal or state law and any modifications to the contract that governs your account or related change in terms notices.  Communications may include your name and some information about your account, including your balance or the due date.  Electronic Communications may be disclosed to any party with access to your electric or e-mail account or hardware or software used to view your electric or e-mail account.  Any legally required insert that would not be available electronically will be sent to you by India mail.

You may withdraw your consent for Shareen Designerz electronic communication service by calling our Skype ID "shareendesignerz" to speak with us or in writing to shareendesignerz@gmail.com We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to electronic communications. However, you will not be able to receive your account statements and any inserts electronically if you do not consent to receive electronic communications or withdraw your consent. Any withdrawal of your consent to electronic communications will be effective only after there has been a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request.

All communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered “in writing”. You should print or download a copy of the Terms & Conditions of Communication Policy and any other communication that is important to you.

You agree to promptly update your electronic mail address and other contact information if a change occurs.

If e-mails advising you of the availability of statements are returned to us or our official number / Skype ID / email address are found to be blocked at your end, we may cancel your enrolment. If this happens, you will need to re-enrol to receive electronic communications with updated information.

We will make every effort to ensure our e-mail notifications are properly listed with all SPAM filter agencies. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any SPAM filters recognize e-mail originating from us. If you fail to receive e-mail notifications and/or electronic account statements and any inserts from us after enrolling for electronic communications, please check with the provider of your e-mail account and/or the SPAM filter associated with your e-mail account.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to stop providing you with electronic account statements or any inserts and provide your paper documentation for a charge, if your account is not maintained in good standing.


Instant Messages (WhatsApp)
You consent to receive all communications relating to our fashion / new arrivals / policy updates. The communications covered by your consent does not include your account statement, any disclosure required by federal or state law and any modifications to the contract that governs your account or related change in terms notices.  Any legally required insert that would not be available electronically will be sent to you by India mail.

You may withdraw your consent for Shareen Designerz social app communication service by calling our Skype ID "shareendesignerz" to speak with us or in writing to shareendesignerz@gmail.com We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to social app communications. However, you will not be able to receive our fashion / new arrivals / policy updates and any inserts electronically if you do not consent to receive social app communications or withdraw your consent. Any withdrawal of your consent to social app communications will be effective only after there has been a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request.

You agree to promptly update your mobile number and other contact information if a change occurs.

If messages advising you of the availability of fashion / new arrivals / policy updates are not acknowledged or our official number / Skype ID / email address are found to be blocked at your end, we may cancel your enrolment. If this happens, you will need to re-enrol to receive communications with updated information.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to stop providing you with fashion / new arrivals / policy updates and provide your paper communication for a charge, if your account is not maintained in good standing.


Vocal Communication (VOIP)
You consent to receive all voice calls relating to your enquiries and our fashion / new arrivals / policy updates on Skype by adding our Skype ID “shareendesignerz”. The conversations covered by your consent may include your account statement details, any disclosure required by federal or state law and any modifications to the contract that governs your account or related change in terms notices.

You may withdraw your consent for Shareen Designerz Skype call service by calling our Skype ID "shareendesignerz" to speak with us or in writing to shareendesignerz@gmail.com We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to Skype calls. However, you will not be able to receive our fashion / new arrivals / policy updates and account statement details if you do not consent to receive Skype calls or withdraw your consent. Any withdrawal of your consent to Skype calls will be effective only after there has been a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request.

All conversations exchanged over VoIP calls will be considered “verbal commitment”. You should print or download a copy of the Terms & Conditions of Communication Policy and any other communication that is important to you.

You agree to promptly update your Skype ID, mobile number and other contact information if a change occurs.

If calls advising you of the availability of fashion / new arrivals / policy updates are either not answered or disconnected while ringing or our official number / Skype ID / email address are found to be blocked at your end, we may cancel your enrolment. If this happens, you will need to re-enrol to receive Skype calls with updated information.


We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to stop providing you with fashion / new arrivals / policy updates and provide your paper communication for a charge, if your account is not maintained in good standing.
