Yes! You can choose to opt out of our call back services at any time. Shareen Designerz has maximized its efforts to provide a complete privacy. Please follow the steps below to either opt out of our call back services or let us know the best time to reach you with two hours’ window frame:

1. Send us an email describing your option in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are also to provide.
2. Based on your request, Shareen Designerz's Design team will change the follow up category for you.
3. You will receive a confirmation with regards to the change in category.
4. All the communication emails will request for delivery and read confirmation, in-case you choose to opt out of our call back services.
5. Any decline status will auto terminate the follow up category set for you.
6. Clients are expected to use direct calling facility in such scenario as incoming calls to VoIP apps will also be auto blocked.
