All shipping costs of returning the outfit/s back to Chennai, India over and above such amount paid towards shipping charges while receiving the same from Chennai, India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
4. Alteration request/s received post 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or catalogues ordered. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these materials have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and medium. In rare cases, it may happen that due to reasons beyond the control of our authority it may not be possible to deliver. Shareen Designerz apologises in advance for any such scenarios created or observed in the future.
6. Outfits for alteration should be shipped in factory packing only.
7. VAT / Custom charges are subject to the location, that product is shipped to. However these levies, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer as we have no control over these charges, and we cannot notify you what the cost would be.
8. An approximate time for shipment will be provided at the time of collecting the measurement/s for customization; which are merely indicative. Outfit/s may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. The time for your item(s) to travel from our store to your destination. This would depend on the shipping method chosen, as the international express delivery may take up to 5 days and international economy up to 10 days. We only use trusted shipping partners such as DHL and Fed-ex. Shipping within India may take up to 5-8 working days depending on the location.
